Can anyone weigh in and tell me if it would be worth the extra $50 to upgrade to the UD4P, mainly for it's 12-phase power regulation? I have no use for most of the other features offered such as dual LAN, better onboard sound, or SLI compatibility, so I'd really appreciate if someone could weigh in on the OC potential of the UD3 versus the UD4P, and if it is indeed a more robust board outside of the features I mentioned above.
Hi there Wompa. Check out what "ehume" (farther up the page) has been getting with his UD3P. His board is a good choice too, if you don't need the UD4P's extra features. I've had different Core i5 750s on a UD3P and UD3R reaching 4GHz. Auto BIOS settings weren't so forgiving with the UD3, so I had to do a little tweaking.

Otherwise, the big overclocking difference between the UD3 and UD3P/UD3R/UD4P are the Phases. Auto settings favor those three and seem to like every 750 I've used so far.

Hope this helps!
