lol, i don't remember any g92 cards with 768mb of memory.... and gpu-z says it's a gt330 not a gt340.

The original 9600gso's had 96 stream processors and 768mb or 384mb configurations for RAM providing a 192-bit bus, G92-based. They later gimped them to 48sp with 512mb RAM and a 128-bit bus.
