nice shots Malik!
The QPI block is missing. Can you turn around the angel on the graphic card, so that the fitting is looking to the fitting of the mb block?
In my opinion with the RAM Block. I love that onewhat size did the thread has? 3/8 or 1/4?

IMO, you dont have to use the vga ram block, its kind of bulky
Know that ram block (normal ram) is useless, but is nice and it dont bother.
Butttt the vga ram block its too much really. It makes the middle of your board a big mess. Also adds a lot of weight to a single vga and lets face it, the vga back ramps with a simple backplate are fine.
Thats my extended opinion :p
If you want remove both, it'll be more clear.

hm ok, thats right what you said. The graphic ram block looks so nice, but yes, it takes a lot of space. A clear black or nickel backplate could also be very nice.
But i love the Ram cooler of Barus![]()

And here ... you don't have right. 12GB Corsair Dominator with stock radiators are very hot after 1-2h of working. I check this before i install ram block. If i put ori cooler ( this one with fans ) - then temps are ok.
That's why i decide to mount ram block by barus. He looks very nice, and he has good performance.
I decide to make custom backplates for two cards. Chrome look ... with EK logo and something more.
...or you buy a 2nd ram cooler for the 2nd card... but only one cooler doesn`t look very decent, somehow like unfinished.... so either 2nd block or you go on with your custom made blackplate!
..then I should get a PM from you...about the block, i mean...
are you planning something in chrome? i just saw beautiful pics in retrogamer1990`s thread with the chrome backplate for a 5850... maybe you get some ideas there...

Nice wallpapers.
I have few questions for you, hope you don't mind.
How do you find asus rampage II extreme motherboard? I was planning to wait for rampage III extreme or buy evga x58 classified. What do you recommend?
Where could I find good color coolant without uv properties? I heard colour coolant leaves the residue on the waterblock. Did you have this problem in your watercooling setup?
nice shotshow did you make the water blue when you took a grey picture?

I think now you can wait for new rampage extreme or evga classfield.
About coolant - i don't have any problems with the residue on the waterblock. I use only F1 liquids and for now everything is ok
Heh, when i want make some "artistic" photos i use adobe, corel and ... acdseeContact me if you want more ...

Thanks for your reply.
By the way, how do you drain the liquid from your system? Any tip on that would nice for us newbies.
I have my "patent" for this
First i made some "handy pump":
I use this "monster pump"to suck all liquid from loop ( install to res ). But before that i must unscrew this:
After that ... my loop is dryand i can demount all hardware etc.
Duration of this "operation" - 1 min
That is a VERY VERY smart idea, thankyou for sharing it with us Mr.Dentist.
I have been thinking about how to drain my loops easily in the future and not really found any nice solution. This sounds like a really cool idea, have to give it a try. Is that fitting your highest point and you can still suck the liquid out?
Lol
why didn't I think of that. Nice one
Now I need to make pump for myself.
If you made a video for this, i reckon lot of people interested in watercooling would watch it.
Plus we could see it how easy it works.
Kindly make a video next time you are planning to drain your system.
Again, thank you for sharing this with us
What a great idea! With these secrets revealed a can finally carry out my master plan!!! (insert evil laugh here)
My opinion is a little late, but I'm glad you are going with custom backplates for the gpus instead of using one VRAM block. The VRAM block just look to bulky on your setup. I think the backplates are going to look a lot better.

that`s really a good idea!! simple and stylish...![]()
