Bad Company 2 dedi servers must be rented from DICE host

BC2 is not a game of it's own. It is from BF2 (with single player element). Therefore, not strictly a console title. It's very well possible that if this formula even semi works in BC2 could be used in BF3.

there is no prone!?!?!? how am i suppose to snipe then? also, is there any news when battlefield 3 might come out? im hoping bf3 comes out this year but i know thats wishful thinking

They want you to snipe crouching only for this game. There is no eta for BF3. It's been rumored that BF3 won't be out until either 2011 or 2012. Take your pick on which rumor you want to believe. You can always choose option C which is this year.
