If you place a 38mm fan on top of the radiator (if the 38mm and 25mm were to have the same max airflow potential) it would blow a higher percentage of its maximum airflow potential. This is why everyone likes 38mm thick fans for radiator use.
Well with that being said what will an airbox do? Will an airbox paired with 25mm fans give the same or better as its 38mm counterparts?

I also just thought of something. When I got this hackjob from [H]Forum the mcp320 qp was mounted on the top of the haf932 with 3 120x38mm fans between the case and the rad. The above fans that I really like are mounted below the rad. Is there any benefit? Also it appears that the pic above is pulling case air through the rad and out the case. Some say its better to pull air from outside in. With doing that though any heat disipation off the rad will end up as stagnant air flowing around inside the case until it is pulled out via any rear exhaust fans correct? Wouldn't it be better (since the real heat producers theoratically "cpu and gpu" would be cooled via blocks) to have the air pull from internally and out the top of the case through the rad since the internal air temp should be much cooler then if running standard hsf setups?

Sorry to jack the thread, but kinda hard to move an already discussed topic to another thread. My bad for starting this up. LOL

Accidentally mixed up the inlet/outlet on the waterblock so I'm gonna change that pretty soon. Not sure if I wanna stick with the green lighting either.

Yes, I originally had a Feser X-changer 360, but I prefer the XFlow because (1) the barb positions allow me to run less tubing (2) makes the interior of the case alot cleaner and (3) I noticed no difference in temps between the XFlow and Xchanger (which really surprised me).
Btw, I love this case; it makes wire management simple and results in a clean looking setup.

    Thx
    Feser 3/8
This weekend he's almost 100% finished, maybe I'll switch the cpublock from time to time

but I ordered an mcw30 for the SB and an EK Coolstram XT 120 to add in the gpu/moboloop

ow and a bp radgrill for the top = much more stylish

Than I hope I can route the 2nd loop 100% out of silver tubing

    New build

    Heres pics of my build

    Its about 3/4 done

As you can see the top and the sides of the case are off. It was easier to do the build this way without scratching anything. I did 2 loops. Cpu (toxic green UV) and GPU (clear UV blue) In this pic the loops are both filled and leak tested or 3 days. with 0 leaks. I am using Distilled H2O with PT Nuke

close-up of the Swiftech XT with Fesser comp. fittings which work nice.

Pic of the front. Blue ray drive and fan controller will be mounted in the drive area. I cut and spliced/shrink tube the fan so there is only 4 wires for 14 120mm fans. All will connect to the fan controller.

Close-up of the cpu and GPU connections, and yes thats 12gb of ddr3 ram

    http://images2e.snapfish.com/2323232...2%3A8336nu0mrj

other side of this "tiny case". Still need to add 3 120mm fans for exhaust.

    http://images2d.snapfish.com/2323232...%3B75336nu0mrj

    http://images2e.snapfish.com/2323232...3B%3A336nu0mrj

Back: still need to add the 7 exhaust fans

So This is still an in-process build. It is my 4th watercooled rig and my 1st dual loop. Reason I went 2 loops is I was going to go x-fire off the bat with 2 5870's but decided to wait a while (6-8months) for the prices to go down a bit. I already have the 2nd EK 5870 water block all ready for it though.
