Mostly because I want the case to look as close to stock as possible on the outside, but also because my Scythe Himuros will be hanging from the top of the case so there is no room up there.

I think you still will have some space for your HD enclosures, i used the T-60F top panel and modded the case a bit, i also didnt like the aftermarket top grills.

Here are a few pics of my PC-05 in the aircooled section (not wanted to post the pics directly in here), there you can see the space left towards my DVD writer and the nice original looking top panel ofc.
