Another way to do the internal USB cables is to remove the connector - you will probably break the little tabs, so best to have some spare ones on hand, and just make note of how the wires are lined up. The larger heat shrink will fit over the connector to finish it off.

If you are just a little bit careful nothing will break.
Just lift the little piece of plastik with a needle and pull the Pin out (without violance )

Only if you don't ever plan on using old mother boards or audio cards in this case.

Yep those are them... My case comes with 4 USB 2.0 connectors on the top of the case. I was able to sleeve the cable. It was a little hard getting the SATA sleeve (free sample in my order! Thanks Nils?) over the double connector, but I was able too do it.

I managed to sleeve double wired USB internal without removing connector with USB sleeve (smaller than SATA) and SATA heatshrink, it was tight but possible sleeving is a bit transparent though

has anyone sleeved any thermaltake toughpower psu's? those wires do not want to come out. some come out easy, some dont want to come out at all, not rip off the connector and some come out with one of the side pins bent back then break off when bending it back into place. i'm using the mdpc molex remover tool, ive tried 2 needles with no luck. luckily it was a spare cable now i'm afraid to do any of the main ones

I sleeved toughpower using staples with no serious complaints (as far as it possible having no special tool )
now I have molex tool and it works like a charm, yours should work too

i havent tried staples yet, but some wires come out easy and some dont want to come out. this was on a pci-e cable. and like i said before sometimes it would come out but one of the little side pins would be bent out then bending them back snapped them off. i really hope i dont have problems with the 24pin if i screw that one up it wont be good

Cyberspyder, that one hell of a knife mate.

Can you tell me how you melted the heat shrink in to a Y, looks very sweet!
