That's why I prefer to use 12mm tube ... because with 13mm I absolutely need to put clamps...

What does it mean: the pressure inside the dual top is huge! And... the water becomes warm after some minutes and I think the tubes where a little bit warm... and more flexible... and came out the fitting.

you're implying you dont use clamps... thats a very dumb thing to do. get some ASAP.
