3.7 ghz was the best I could do @ 1.4v
3.8 ghz @ 1.425
3.9 ghz @ 1.4875
4.0 ghz @ 1.55 failed (ran 10 min p95 blend iirc)
3.969 @ 1.565 passed. In cpuz it displayed 1.552v, so I'm getting a little droop sometimes. 52.5c core towards the end of this run.

With cold air, I've done a bit better.

I've been using 3.875 @ 1.5 (250 ht, 2750 nb @ 1.35, tight c7 @ 1666) day to day, ambient room temp.

Although my c3 isn't quite as good as most of you guys, I'll still see a better ROI from a better graphics card, rather buying another one. Besides, I still have a 550be sitting on my desk

EDIT
Just tried 20x200, 1.5, everything stock. BSOD and reboot 21 seconds after starting blend. Ambient 17c (haven't started the woodstove yet). It is undervolting a little, 1.488 I think.

What was your best at room temp with all else stock? If you ever closed that window
Prime95 3.9ghz-4.0ghz cant testa again the chip is gone. I think its same like yours can do....+-10mhz or same. Trust me the cpus was very close to each another. You almost did 4140mhz i did it but it was very hard... and more vcore didnt help me....next steep on the vcore did put out to much heat.

I dont think anyone could have more fair fight than your cpu vs mine + almost same temp outside to.
