You need to increase the nb multi if you want to run your ram faster. For DDR3-1866 you need at least 3700mhz NB/L3 clock (meaning 18 multi with 210mhz blck).
Rule of thumb is NB speed needs to be 2 x mem speed, or your system gets instable.
