Or I have some settings wrong and it is causing need for high volts.

1.37V for 21x200 is not good. At lower voltages I´ll get various IRQ BSOD´s and other random errors.

eva: do you happen to have any good 21x200 low Vcore settings?

depends on cpu to be honest i have 4x i7 920 need 4.2ghz 1.45+ vcore then i have one i7 920 need 4.2ghz at 1.25v

rapidshare link works for me still, what isn't working ?
