    On the p45 gigabyte board's the advanced clock control made a world of difference in maximum overclocking. Hard to find any detailed info for overclocking these p55 boards. Guess we are the guinea pigs for this platform.

    I just did a bit of googling. I didn't 'reload optimized defaults' after my last bios flash. It puts up the CPU clock drive to 900mV.

    Retesting some o/c's now.
    Not sure if I'm imagining it, but I think my idle temps are higher? We'll see.
    Interestingly core3 idles higher but peaks lower than the rest of them. :s
