Your voltage for 3.96ghz is good, I just thought the temps for that vcore were a bit high. If it were my cpu, with temps in the mid to upper 80's c I would stay away from running 50 passes linx, just to be on the safe side. Just my opinion. Still a very nice oc, looks like you got a good chip.
I have been unhappy with my cpu, couldn't bench above 4.2ghz without it freezing, tonight I changed the timings on the mem, and was able to run some vantage at 4.25ghz. I have ocz 1600 cl8 mem and it freezes up at its rated speed when overclocking the cpu, but passes linx and blend at 1528mhz cl7. I am glad to find out it is the memory and not this cpu that I have been blaming and ready to get rid of. Will try and get some better ram and maybe enjoy this rig again.
