Is there anyway I can increase the speed while maintaining same temps? It's hot where I live, and I'm already using the noctua heatsink with 2 fans. Tried reseating the heatsink. Also touched the heatsink'sfins, really warm so I guess they work!

I am trying out if increasing the PLL can help lower vcore.
