Here are some pics of my first ever WC rig. Cable management isn't very nice, but I think it its fairly clean for a WC'ed A05B...

I've since stripped the rig of its WC components and sold it as an air-cooled rig.

BASF G48 normally used for cars mixed with demineralized water.

For more blue colour I prepared a new mixture with more G48. Will try it later Hopefully the water gets deeper blue this way.

Looks good, it's nice to see people not afraid to take to their towers with a dremel. Can make fitting an entire WC loop internally look much, much neater.

Hey XS, OK so I've been around for a while (although hardly any posts), mainly looking at the Watercooled and Case Mods section, and thought I should upload pics of my Rig.

This was a few months ago, in a month or 2 I'm planning of upgrading to a i7 set-up, and would love to hear people opinions / suggestions on what I can improve on. Thanks guys

    Current Specs:
    Core 2 Quad Q6600, nVidia 8800GTX, Asus P5K-E, Corsair XMS 2, 500GB & 200GB WDC HDD, Epsilon 700w, Thermaltake Soprano FX, Windows 7 HP.

    Where's your PSU?

Pretty good job given the fact that Soprano is crappy cramped case with next to no space when HDD and PSU are in their places.

Your graphics is pretty bended too.

The PSU is in the op-back (standard place) but on it's side so you can fit a HDD cadge in there too.

Yeah, it is far from the best for watercooling in terms of layout but it was quite pleasing how well we managed to fit the Rad, pump and Res.

And indeed the GPU is bent a bit on the end, like that since new. But sent it back to nVidia originally and they tested it and said it runs fine and it's been working all the time without any probs so all ok

    Thanks for the interest, zile

I changed Soprano for Chieftec LCX, which is quite larger, and still I have worse loop arangement than you do.

Will get to work when mobo and ram arrive

BTW, tint is great. Which additive you use?

Feser One Cooling Fluid (Not UV) and case lighting, 2 blue LED tubes, which I think makes a fair bit of difference.

    Thanks again
