wprime 2,00 is faster. So yeah, basically this matches a Duak Magny-Cours with double the core count, not bad
It will probably even beat it in memory intensive benches I guess.

Bad news is, this is really alpha hardware at its worst. The System is as unstable as it gets, bios is more alpha than beta as well. Random BSODs, while opening various readout tools, while acessing the network, and, while running BOINC. The machine reboots or BSODs 2-10 minutes after starting BOINC, so right now, this simply cannot crunch, rendering it effectively useless. So I just shut it down before I had to leave yesterday, sad but true.

Funny thing is, it does run prime. So it's not a cooling/PSU/mem issue. Ran prime blend for 3h with no errors, stopped, started BOINC --> reboot
Started prime, opened coretemp, opened CPU-Z ---> reboot

Hoping for a fixed bios. Can't use the SM because the SMs 2nd socket does not work, why ever the hell that is.

And to top it all off, my 3rd or so brand new Z7S just went down while I was away. Hooray. Gotta love hardware...

    Two things:
    1) I thought HWBot wasn't accepting benchmarks from unreleased cpu's?
    2) THOSE RECORDS ARE MINE YOU BASTAGE! LEAVE THEM ALONE!

    32x Xeon EX X7460 @ 2660MHz
They shouldn't allow clusters on HWBot.

I absolutely 10000000000000000000% percent agree with that.
Realistically that isn't a PC but a bunch of them tied together.

I wonder what I'd get if I tossed my westmere and 2 Harpers together on wPrime 1024mb?

If they decide to break the rankings up into different categories (different # of sockets), then I wouldn't mind...

I'm all for going all out... no rules... hardware and software.

    Yep.. Unfortunately

Core 2 Duo(Conroe) was based on the Intel Core Duo(Yonah) which was based on the Pentium M(Banias) which was based on the Pentium III(Coppermine).

Core 2 Duo is a Pentium III on meth.

They do, if you check the "no ranking" box. These appear ONLY on the WR page, nowhere else. So, no points.

    2) THOSE RECORDS ARE MINE YOU BASTAGE! LEAVE THEM ALONE!

And yeah, I agree on clusters = cheating. They are not a single machine

Really impressive one is the Fryrender (if you know it), I managed to beat a Quad Socket Istanbul clocked at 3,2Ghz
Do you know by a chance what motherboard that Opteron is
running? Don't usually see 4P boards over clocked.THX.

    P.S.
Tell me it's the $75 Arima please.

I should have just looked harder:

Er.. I'm confused folks. Which mobo do you want to see?
My SM Quad socket? It's here
Or do you mean the DP LGA1366 SM that has a broken socket?
