The HX plate should be used only when your going different mediums, and you dont want them to mix.
Ie. Gallium on one side... water on the other..
What about a glycol mix on one side, water to your loops on the other. You know how cold it gets in Minnesota during the winter? Weather gets warmer, shutdown the glycol loop. Water to water heat exchange is a lot more usable than your short sightedness here.
