    you prolly need to up the FSB termination voltage to get anywhere above 4ghz , Note that this also changes the the way the GTL's need to be tweaked...
    I would try to first get blend stable on 4Ghz...

    First thing to check : does the rig survive Memtest 5 and 7 (via bootable Memtest CD) ?

    If so enter windows and then run Blend... this needs to be at least a few hours stable... FYI small FFT only checks (mostly) just the CPU
