    does 5850/70 suports softmod for both gpu and mem?
    Q6600@4.0GHz,500gb hard (7200.12, single platter),4GB Mushkin ram@1100 cl5, corsair520w hx(modular), ATi 4870 1GB oc840/950(3800)

    Interesting...but why 18k resistor ...? That resistor measures at 4.08k Ohms...and does not have a direct connection to ground...

    OCP mod works. Depents on the card if it helps with overclocking though.
    This will give you around 3A per phase extra, which is 12A in total. So not much but just enough for that extra push.

    Higher OCP is not possible because of the design of the volterra chip.
