at second 27-29 it shows some effects done with a software/plugin for 3dsmax named FumeFX, which renders effects solely on a CPU, since i have it at my work place.
its in a cuda demo. i can post a video of it on the gpu if you want proof. some of the stuff was from movies. i dont know why they put that in there.
