Love the LCD's and the optical bay. Looks great!
Hi, nice work indeed.
Can you tell me what you think about those Enermax fan ? I what thinking about getting some. Are they good (noise and air flow) ?
Thanks![]()
Thanks aka_GK,I hope to get them done at the weekend
Thanks Liderc
Thanks Bill
Thanks XKaan,I'm pleased with the way the front turned out aswell
Thanks Cedric,They're audable turned up full, but by no means annoying,so noise wise i'd recommend them and they do seem to shift quite a bit of air,BTW I like the way your build has started, looking forward to it![]()
Cool, I'll probably get some then. Hard to find decent white fan out there :xOriginally Posted by subset7
And thanks, its hard work to do all this stuff![]()
The colouring looks a bit too clinical for me but I can 100% appreciate the workmanship that has gone into it. Your attention to detail is awesome![]()

Any votes will be welcome![]()
I tried that first but they were so tight I didn't want to damage the PCB inside so cutting them seemed the easiest option.
Subset- do you have any details on how you soldered/connected the water temp thermistors to the LCD readout displays? Which make/model of them did you use (the temp probes)? Did you have to worry at all about the water temp thermistors having a different constant or coefficient or whatever it is that allows the meter (LCD) to calculate the temperature? I might be thinking about trying this on my new build and just wondering how you got it to work. Thanks!
Sorry for the late reply Ketzer,I used These XSPC displays, and These temperature probes,I just cut the existing probes off the displays and the connector off the sensors and soldered the wires together and covered the join with shrink wrap before sleeving them,I tested them outside the case first and only got a 0.2 degree difference,so I was happy with that

Subset, thanks for the info. Not too loong after I posted that I actually got pointed to a tutorial type article on OCAU that did the same thing as you with the XSPC temp sensors. So thanks for confirming that bit!
And BTW, I would be remiss not compliment you on the excellent work of your project. Kudos.
i been thinking about doing a white case. After seeing your, you motivated me into doing it. Awesome work!
