yeah, those were the same read points i use but the problem is with my DMM, the lowest setting for voltage reading is 20v but the manual says it's capable of reading small values automatically. still, i don't trust it completely. oh and thanks for taking the time to test it with different BIOS version.
Voltages did not change with the F9 bios.
edit: I guess my original ground was a poor choice, now getting closer readings.
