Here's something I've found works for me quite well - a pair of self-closing tweezers to keep the sleeve in place while you sort out the heatshrink:

Here's my first try on PSU sleeving. I first had to open up the PSU and remove the horrible, horrible sleeving that was already there (Etasis ET750). I really need to practice getting this heatshrink consistent. Probably gonna redo these:
I'm afraid that I may have gone a bit overboard with the heatgun on the first 2 wires - has anyone had any problems with voltages after sleeving? It's not like I melted the wires or anything (I hope), just kept the heatgun pointed at the pin for what I think might have been too long...
