Yeah every browser has it ups and downs, Firefox might be a bit faster, but Ie8 has become a very good browser IMO.

the 8 version is much improwed and are (for me) a fast and reliable browser, in win 7 it has or VERY little failed for me in fact, all plugins are working plug and play etc.

and no, you should not keep every voltage at the red zone..

you should do as the people tell you . ... do this instead, now lower the voltage one by one. to safe area , then when it fails you know what and when.

cpu voltage,dimm voltage and vtt are mostly those you want to change most and tune... and that frequency on the cpu, you should not have to raise volages so much...
put those on auto, and concern about the vtt instead, and keep 0.5 range for VTT and dimm voltage.
