    maybe it's time to invest into a new board if can afford 1 never dealt with a XFX mb b4 and it's setting in the bios
    the memory volts should be on 1.8v at 5-5-5-18 that should set to manual not auto if your running stock speeds
    but if you change the cpumulti to 448x8.5=3808 that means your memory will run at 896 not 800 so your timing
    gotta be loose instead of 5-5-5-18 try 5-6-6-20 loosen it up alittle try your cpu voltage at +0.125v theses Q9550
    don't alot voltage to run at 3.8...I don't think theres a vdroop in those boards like gigabyte...
