temp go about 23-27°C idle and 30-35°C full load. Caseless, ambient temp about 20°C at night and 24°C at noon . Vcore 1,555v from bios

if you can manage under 30°C idle, Phenom II will clocked nicely. it likes cold

well...first of all, I dont like the idea of stressing my PC with OCCT, Prime95 or Orthos. I do only use them to check stability for only 10 or 20 minutes.

IMO, if my PC can run those benchmark and games for at least 3 hours, I call it stable. the definition of stable vary amongst people, right?
