Tried it on a Sapphire 4770 but I get the error message that I do not have a Voltera chip. Oh well guess it is back to plan B - hard mod. Nice looking program though.

Does this work on the GTX260 55nm cards? And the GTX285s?

For the Hd4770 just use the asus top bios and asus smart doctor then you have 1000/1200mhz in ccc and voltage adjust up to 1.3vgpu

Done both of those but for some reason Asus Smart Doctor is not adjusting the voltage on the second card, running crossfire btw. I can clock the first card up to 1000/1200 but I crash like crazy if I try to overclock the second card at all. I checked both cards with voltmeter and the first card is getting the volts as set by Smart Doctor but the second card is staying at default voltages.
Yes thats right it can only adjust the first card then hardmod is the only way 100kohm for gpu and 200kohm for mem

i have the first version for this software
in Vista no matter what voltage i select monitoring shows it right but it only goes to MAX 1.365v measured via DMMon my 4870X2
Nice app, but I have a small problem..
I have a 4870x2, and it only sets the voltage to the 2nd core. No errors or anything. Also, reset doesnt work.
Some Problem With 4870X2 And 3D Mark 2006
In AquaMark Test I Set Voltage 1.41v For My 4870X2 And 900/1000 Stable For Test
But In 3D 06 Without Set Voltage 820/1005 Stable And With Set Voltage 1.4v With Voltage Tuner Not Even Go For Higher 820/1005 Clock

Does anyone know when OVP kicks in on a 4870?
well i tried the program again and it dont work. if i select 1.1125v and press set it says the voltage has change but rivatuner still says 1.0625v. i notice that when i close the program rivatuner crashes.
Edit
i just tried the program agin this time using GPUz to check the voltage and it still says 1.0625v no matter what i set it too

same here. i've tried it under windows 7 x64 and vista x64. but the voltage doesn't change.
i have a msi 4870 with volterra regulator and im running rivatuner 2.24.
i also have a geforce 6200LE in the second pci-e slot. i have selected the correct card in voltage tuner and even deactivated the 6200 in the device manager, but still the voltage tuner doesn't work correctly.
could it be that the presence of a second card w/o volterra causes that issue?

XLAR8,
What you're seeing is not OVP.
You were not supposed to see this.
Does not set the 3rd 4890 but says it has set the other 3. I have 4-4890s.![]()
