There really is nothing to it tbh... Whatever you do though, don't use the Windows based Flash Utility @BIOS.. I have used this method in the past, but I have been advised by loads of people that it isn't a good idea to flash with this software, and you are much better using QFlash instead...

I am planning to use the f8f BIOS, so basically all I need to do is put the "EX58UD5.f8f" onto my Flash drive and boot from it. I thought I have to put something else other than EX58UD5.f8f. Because on tweaktown forum there is a guide how to flash using Qflash. And that guide is totally different than what you said; however, yours and the Gigabyte PDF guide are pretty much the same.
