I have 3 of the dual pcb GTX 295s. Windows doesn't know bleep about which card is which. Nor does F@H. Thanks to Nvidia, Windows and F@H, gpu 0 might change to gpu 6 on any random reboot. That make OCing like playing Russian Roulette! 4 of the 6 GPUs on my main rig run stock clocks for the above reasons.

GTX 275s are currently best bang for the buck. I think 295s sandwiched together on a board like a P6T throttle down due to heat. Fahmon can show as little a 4Kppd. 275s run much cooler if your board has multiple PCI-E slots. They always show 6-8k ppd and max at 75-80C. I haven't been able to afford water blocks to test my throttling down theory. 4 of my GTX 295 gpus are always 105C.
