RRunner.. put in your numbers and instantly failed. CPU and CPU NB numbers did not show the same. Are those correct? This is the first time I have seen a sample with such low CPU VDD/CPU NB VDD in comparision to CPU and CPU NB?? 1.471/1.457/1.181 and 1.209 were not option numbers for mine after setting CPU VDD and CPU NB VDD numbers, mine were slightly different?
    Thanks anyhow.

You both have different chipsets and different bios revisions. It's likely that the voltage increase steps are slightly different. The cpu also has something to do with it as each chip will have a minimum voltage that it will start at for any given speed. Why don't you try the multi step overclock function in the bios Panther. It lets you boot at stock settings or slightly overclocked settings and then applies the entire overclock once in windows.

All the BIOS versions (BETA, MOD and Official BIOS), had equally answered to these same voltages that I informed.

I'll say it again, you both have different chipsets (790FX vs. 790GX), cpu (even though it's the same model not the same cpu), and different bios. Just because it works on yours doesn't mean it will work with his. For example my chip only needs 1.395v for 3.5ghz while yours needs 1.471v. If I want 3.6ghz stable I need to jump up to 1.425v. Every cpu is different you just need to find the settings that work for you. Overclocking is never "if you use x volts you can get x ghz", it's more like "you can get 3.4-3.6 ghz with 1.375-1.45v"

I had a voltage of 1.425 when I was stable at 3.5ghz with my stock HSF...1.44 isn't much higher than that obviously, but weird that you can't go lower.

You could always look at the 92mm Core Contact, haven't tried it myself, but I know the 120mm is pretty sweet.

So true how what seems to be equal equipment is not. There are so many factors, Memory, CPU, Bios's, Chipsets and how one setting effects another. It sure would be easy if you could tell me, use this.... but no one can. I have been using OCCt reports to educate me on the smoothness of processing. Are there any other programs that give flow charts like OCCT that show that type of Info.? OCCT has showed me setting lower or higher that perform less smoothly. (CPU Charts). That is a tool I am using to help find good voltage settings. I have actually gotten less temprature with higher voltages. That says a lot about voltages and resistances. What it runs good on is just that, and that's what I am trying to accomplish.
    Thanks All
