Set TRRD to 14 in BIOS, it actually sets TRRD of 6 (your current is 4 which is quite tight). Also use other timings in the SPD JEDEC #3 column to set in BIOS, also increase TRFC to 68 from 44.

BSOD loading windows with those settings

Tried 1680mhz 8-8-8-24 1.67v bsod loading windows. setting 8-8-8-24 and leaving rest to auto loads windows

oh ya have vtt set to 1.34 also
