How in the Heck do you have 70c temps with 4.59ghz HT on? That is insanely good if not impossible without some sort of chiller or something Really curious what type of setup your running!

Only an hour so far. throttling on this board has been fixed through a beta bios. So will try to run prime longer next time.

Ben805- been looking at your screenshots and i think i have a similar chip to yours (yours slightly better though), i'm hoping to run this 4.4ghz prime and linX stable eventually. Oh and thanks for testing the 0007 bios for the deluxe ver1 by the way.

    you welcome.

by the way you have the 3846B109 stepping and mine is 3849A846, I heard the B batch clock better, at 4.20Ghz mine required 1.32v so I think you got a better one.

also, does anyone mess with the ioh voltage? im trying not to mess with things that will destroy my system, but i would LOOOOVE to see 4ghz, even if it's just for a day or 2 before i get back to 3.8

Prime should be running in your screenshots because otherwise it's rather simple to cheat i.e. just stop Prime then set whatever clocks you want before taking a screenshot

Why is your tjmax set at 95C? Even with it set wrong, your temps are chilled water, not regular.

I had to look at his for a while as well, weird in that realtemp was saying 4.2ghz..it tends to stay at what you boot on some earlier versions.

I was thinking chilled too, until I saw he actually set off prochot (checked), so he hit 100C at some point during load, then looking at min/max, he just hit reset on real temp after stopping prime....so just seeing idle temps.

Correct. Also a good sign to avoid turbo throttling in mobos that support the feature.

were do you see a tjmax of 95c??? idk... the cpus tjmax is 95c... and the reason why the temps arnt as high as they should be on the max side is because I restarted realtemp and it reset itself. Also Realtemp shows the turbo speed idk why?? I have an R2E so I can shut Turbo off.

If you guys wont accept this I can run another 41 hours I will gladly do this again and leave it running this time.

If you guys want I can waste me electricity for another 41 hours and gladly do this again and leave it running this time.

dont make a difference to me.
No need to waste your electricity, it's just that when you post screenshot without prime running and temps in the 40's it's kind of pointless. I really wasn't even thinking of your post when I reitereated the prime running part as yours is quite obvious however justin.kerrs 4.6 ht on with 70 degree temps looks as if prime was running but it was not and I have attempted to duplicate his results with water in and water out temps only .5 degree difference and 2 degree difference between water and ambient there is just no way regardless of how many rads he has that he is getting those temps without a chiller or phase setup or something dropping his ambients way below anything normal. Perhaps he is running his computer in an igloo while ice fishing in Alaska?
