    New Fester shill?

...and how dusty was your computer at the time?....be honest now. You do know the same thing will happen with Fester's "fine" product if it hits dust as well, right?

Oh, and some mentioned "the video".

Yea it was probably little dusty, you can't have "dust free" PC .. unless you put it in box without ventilation.. which I don't find very "clever".

And video proves.. nothing? Putting running ventilator with LEDs (if Im correct) into water and nothing happens? Well, what should happen? Fans don't have complicated PCBs where only lowering resistance between components can kill..

Whats more important for me, that cause I'm double stupid, Feser leaked too.. half of mobo and graphic card was wet.. and nothing.. PC is fine. Compared to dead mobo before..

Both cases was use of 7/16" over 1/2" without hose clips.. it works, with Tygons quite good.. with cheaper tubing .. less and when your water runs hot.. happens.. (probably even with Tygon.. haven't tested it).

If I had money for it, I would put whole PC into Feser One. Just to know if it works or not.. well, I don't have. I'm pretty happy that my PC runs fine.

    *sigh*

You obviously missed it when Fester first brought their coolant to market, someone did a video (I think it was coolmiester) showed that it was "non-conductive" in the same manner. Petra's video was more or less poking fun at the video and exposing the sham.

You probably didn't have enough dust for the Fester leak.

As for full MoBo immersion in Fester one, you might want to never think of that again.

Yeah, I think that's the original video but it wasn't originally posted by that person. The date on that video is after Petra's by almost a year.

Yay someone linked the video for me [was capped]. Yes, Feser One is marketing hype but it looks cool. I've had leaks on my pc when it was dusty and things are alive.

You can drink it safely and a lot of Asians are into their distilled water for some reason. Anyway, what they may be saying is that it's not ideal for you if you need to hydrate fast. It all works on osmosis and water will flow into more concentrated systems through a semi-permeable membrane [cell walls etc] to even out the concentration gradient. Your body also needs sodium and will pump sodium through the cell wall. I believe this mechanism is related to the uptake of sugars. By having a higher concentration of sodium in the cells [there already was but we are increasing the concentration difference via the sodium pump] water will rapidly flow into the cells via aquaporins or other channel proteins. So having a drink with sodium and sugar will increase water absorption rate and this is the basic principle behind products like Gatorade.
