It's all about the GTL's

Unfortunately in my case it's not. I've been spending so much time tweaking GTLs that I've forgotten all about vcore...thinking it was an E0 I said to myself "hell no, 4GHz won't need over 1.4v seeing that most people with E0s are getting it with a vcore of below 1.3xxx" so I've been doing all my tests with 1.375 vcore, which is already generous.

BUT IT DOES... 1.45v, to be precise. I have it at 3.6GHz at the moment, 1.375vcore, and it's only just stable. Screw my Q9550 lol.

Ok so vcore isn't the solution either; I'm back to 3.4GHz and still getting errors in prime - is it possible that although I seem to get more stability with increased vcore, more vcore is not the solution and it's still about tweaking the GTLs? Or perhaps a better BIOS (I'm using 2101)?

I tried flashing to 1401 but EZ flash was having none of it since the current bios is more up-to-date.
