    Got my Q9650 two days ago, and the second it was out of the box, it got lapped

    Nice and smooth, shiny surface to it, lapped my Tuniq Tower base as well.

    P5Q Deluxe, 2005 BIOS
    4 x 2GB Corsair TwinX PC8500 CAS 5's

    FSB: 445
    Mult: 9
    vCore: 1.3000v in BIOS, 1.288v in CPU-Z
    FSB Termination Voltage: 1.2v
    MCH Voltage: 1.2v
    CPU GTL: 0.670x

    Load line calibration ENABLED
    Memory at 1:1 ratio, 5-5-5-15 timings

    Load temps after 40 mins of OCCT:

    Core 0: 65 *c
    Core 1: 62 *c
    Core 2: 67 *c
    Core 3: 67 *c

    SuperPi 1M = 11.871secs

    Did i get a good one?

    I would run ya ram at 1066mhz region Kai, this way you can drop a lower PL on the P5Q Dlx, thus increasing ram performance big time (might require some more Nb juice though).

    Vcore wise your CPU seems very average. 4ghz at 1.288 is not bad, but not brilliant either. Anyway very nice power to mess with daily ( me sniffs with my E7400 :p )
    Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved
