Hey Hell fire!
You were over clocking on the P35 witch has an ICH9 intel chip, correct? On my X48-DQ6 the ICH9 would drop off line under heavy over clocking, figured I'd put that out there for you. Same same with Gigabyte USA the problem there is they will not over clock the system to stress the ICH9 chip. So no warranty, ever sense they tried it I just been using a straight up OS no more raid.
May or may not be your problem.
