what if the psu isnt completely modular like the corsair hx1000w psu ?

and i only need 4(maybe 6) pci 6 pins not 6+2

I am familiar with that one as I just gave my last one away (used three of them in my Daywalker project). For the non-molular cables you splice near the psu, make the cable longer, sleeve it, put on new end. The only thing easier is saving money on your automobile insurance by shopping at Geiko
