That's a typo. 3 140mm fans are included.

another question though, does the cover for the hotswap bays pc board allow you to still plug in power connectors and sata connectors while it's on? i'm guessing if it does you'll need all right angle connectors, which isn't a huge deal for the ability to hide all that wiring, that's easily the ugliest cluster of wires in my case right now.
The case comes with four 4 right angle SATA data cables and a SATA power adapter pre-spaced for the backplane.

ok, i'm realizing i still have a lot of questions, so forgive me, you talked about filters in a previous post, where might they be? i think i can see where one might be for the psu under the case, possibly pulled out from the rear, are there any others or does that one extend the entire length of the mesh area at the bottom of the case?
The filter extends the length of the intake at the bottom of the case.
