I easily get to 3.4GHz on my Q9400. I am am having trouble at 3.6GHz. I can boot into Windows, but I fail the IntelBurn test on the first pass. I upped the Vcore to 1.33 and still failed. I am not familiar with Vtt, PLL, and GTL voltages. Any ideas to start with?

Vcore: 1.31
vDimm: 2.00
vNB: 1.34
LLC: Disabled
CIE: Disabled
CPU Margin: Optimized

All other voltages on auto.
