1.26-1.28 for NB and 1.1-1.2 for SB

I can't get past ~3950 no matter the Multi. FSB is ok up to 520 (tested with 6 multi). I've been feeding CPU up to 1.4 volts in BIOS. I have Schyte and 120mm fan cooling it. Also have about 6-7 fans on my case (Antec 1200), so temps shouldn't be an issue but I wanted to check them either way
