Right, i went to santa pod yesterday to watch the FIA world championship qualifiers and took many pictures, and here is my favorite of the lot!



I appreciate this technically isn't a great picture, but i just love the capture of motion in the tyre. But i think it sums up the pure power these 8,000 BPH drag racers have.....

Unfortunately this was shot from a fair distance away from the drag racer itself. next time i go ill be in the press area right next to the drag racers!

I did a lot of Saturation and a bit of Hue changes in Lightroom, reduced the clarity and Saturation to minimum, then added those lines in Photoshop.
