Do you still have your old one?
Some boards looks like they dont like some psu or memory, not just Dfi.

4/28 and 5/08 are major changes in bioses so settings for memory might change compared to previous bioses.

Yes, it seems much different, in my case in a bad way.

    Not even@ 812 9-9-9-24 1.665 will it pass superpi 32 Mb

Must be another factor than ram timings or Vdimm

So I got my T3EH8 today and attempted to flash the BIOS to the newest rev:

Note the one block that stands out...

I tried hot-flashing the BIOS using a Supermicro X8STi (I'm currently at work), since it also uses the same BIOS socket type, and it went through without any errors/failed blocks, however my board still functions as though it's bricked when I try to boot using the BIOS chip.

When the green memory DIMMs populated, I get the "C1" POST code (I'm referring to the on-PCB diagnostic LEDs, the system doesn't actually POST on the monitor) and the board makes beeps at me. With the yellow DIMMs populated, I get the "CF" POST code and the board doesn't beep at all. Resetting the CMOS has no effect. The board exhibited this behavior after the bad flash and after the good hot-flash using the Supermicro board. The system seemed to function a-OK before I tried flashing the BIOS.

Looks like I'm going to have call in for a RMA or overnight a new board if I can't get an overnighted cross-ship.

Starting from "scratch" with burn-in, and I'm pretty happy with the law Vcore . My new air-cooing seams to be handling this HOT babe pretty good too (at least for now with just 1.15v Vcore).

I have everything mounted except for my PSU with this board, W3520 and G.Skill DDR3-2000 memory...hopefully I will have time tonight to put my RAID controller and SSDs into it along with PSU to test it...I hope I can hit 4ghz with low volts...I'm not even looking for some super high overclock...just 4ghz day to day at low volts, is all I want.

    @ACE76
I believe you have a good chance to hit @4ghz with a good D0-batch easily.

Yesterday my W3520 surprised me with 12 hours primestablility @4.01GHZ with very low volts , specially very law Vcore 1.15v) , and did it again today with priming at BCLK 219 with almost everything @stock/default

    Vcore: 1.25/1.20v (BIOS/Load)
    QPI-VVT: 1.24/1.28v
    NB Core: 1.13/1.12v
    Everything else @stock/default
    @4.16GHZ (219x19) HT:on, 1.20v 1 hour primestable

The system has been running very smooth and i believe it could prime more. 219 seams to be the sweetspot for my CPU, (it seams to need more VVT-volts/tewaks for prime stability at 220+ BCLK). This seams to be the the best I can get with 19x, but the OC is not final and more will be coming ..

Great news Eva, it was the memory
I picked up 1024x3 Kingston KHX16000D3ULT( handpicked ), everything was fine when i booted up with them.
180bclk right away, so i will come with some pics. when i have tested the mobo and the memory.
But then we know that, my Dfi UT HATES Takems
And a friend of me tested the same chips( Kingston ) and DFI UT loves them with the new beta-bios.

4/28 bios is working best for me so far for 6GB Kingston HyperX. 226 BCLK boot from bios 1.45vcore 1.37vtt, 1.7vdimm using phase. 5/08 bios would even boot with same settings.

try 211 bclk or 216 to start, I may be booting so high because of phase. I'll post screen shot when I get home.

I just got this board today.

I am having a crap load of problems with it....

    BIOS 4/28

The past few hours I have been fighting this board to get it stable at the same clocks that my R2E would do....

But the f*cking thing that is REAALLY pissing me off ATM is that I can only get a 12x multi even with Turbo enabled and EIST enabled in BIOS!! CPU-z is showing a 200x12 and I have no clue WTF is going on.

I would GREATLY appreciate soem help.

    Thanks

EDIT: I have BIOS 2/27 installed. I will update BIOs to 4/28 and report back.

Yes, power is set to performance. I'm on W7 x64 and it hasn't been activated yet.

However, it was running 21x multi earlier, now only 12x!

I'm going to update to 4/28

You might actually be at 21x multi and CPU-z just isn't reading the change with W7
