Wow, the Koolance block looks great inside. Just as nice as the ones for the R2E...too bad the Classified doesn't look as nice as the R2E.

I only have one gripe about the look of the block...but this is just personal taste. The screw heads around the block just don't look right, I wish the would be flush to the top plate.

no its not still wet, i let it cure for many many hours.

and the paint is rustolium for metal i think.

its a type of grease.

I think its meant to hold in place when they seal it.

i cleaned it off with soap and water b4 i assembled the block.

Very nice looking block, especially when painted, but it seems to me like the stock heatsink does a good job of controlling temps. I only use the rear case fan directed across the vreg heatsink. I can't even hear the fan as my radiator fans make a bit more noise even on low. Since we can't get a reading on the northbridge except in BIOS maybe it helps there.

Those mosfet temps seem really low. Try cranking the voltage up into the 1.45v area and use 1067 frequency. I went water on the board because i was getting 85+ temps at the mosfet.

those are good temps..but i fail to see any n/b temps in those screens..im sure if you load it some then check bios you may be surprised..before my block with a re timmed stock h/s.. it was normal to see 75 c in bios{same as b4 retim}..with the block installed i havent been able to catch a temp over 45 yet..it was common place to see nb bios temps 20 c hotter than vreg ..this at a 4.0 oc..yes i had fans on the stock heat sink as well...

I don't know of a way to read Northbridge temps on a desktop with this board. If you know one(other than adding some sort of temp probe), please tell.

I just ran LinX for a few minutes with CPU temps in low 60s and Vreg reading 48 on desktop. I have my fans on low so my temps may be a little higher now. I shut down and immediately went to BIOS. Vreg temp was at 45 and NB was 48. I know this in not accurate for load but its the best I know how.
