any recommendations on OC'ing with the stock cooler? Nothing huge my temps right now are pretty good 39 39 36 36 on the cores, should I tempt fate and bump the Bclk up a little? Or should I just wait for the TRUE to come in and start going wild?

I would just wait and not fool with it. Play around with your new toy and once your True arrives then the work can begin.
