If that's your loop, should be allright. Although bigger rads are even better, a single 360mm for CPU should be doing its job just fine

Well, you know, subzero WC is a whole different level of cooling than WC, I wouldnt be doubting to get WC just because you failed at insulation jobs for sub zero cooling
