Why is it hardly anyone is running above 4Ghz anyway? Although I notice you need quite a bit more Volts at some point for every step you take, Im right now testing 4.3Ghz with 1.408V and my cores are between 50C and 57CIf I run prime it will hit 100C and throttle right away even though I'm only at 1.225v for 4Ghz. Single threaded I can run benchies all day long (look at CPU-z because Cstate already dropped on coretemp). Believe me I will eventually switch to water cooling again and not have a problem with 4.2-4.4 24/7.
