I will let him reply to this if he wants to with all of his test results. To me this is starting to look like a RAM compatibility issue with certain RAM kits. Not being able to boot at to high if a voltage is a common issue among a lot of boards.

No, sir, I read that and then I replied saying that this does not solve my problem. Yes, sure I can boot at 434FSB with any MCH I desire and then use ET6 to raise the FSB to 470-475. My problem is that after using this ET6 program that some of my applications do not WORK PROPERLY because they are reading the information that I boot into windows with and even though ET6,CPUZ, OCCT and Coretemp all display the 4.2ghz, the program I use a lot does not. It will(I think) run at 4.2ghz sometimes but what gets me is that it has a built in benchmark and it should benchmark at about a relative speed of 25 at 4.2ghz, problem is that yesterday I was noticing it acting up and I benched it and got a RS of 22. I reset the computer and tested at the original boot speed and then used ET6 to raise the voltage and benchmarked it again, this time I got the same results as before only hitting a speed of 22.
I wasn't referring to you I saw you did read and did respond to it

Well that's strange I've been using ET6 on 3 OS's (WinXp64, Vista and W7) and it's working well, but as you said it's with a specific software you like to use.

I agree that the ideal solution would be a fix from the manufacturer but this is very unlikely to happen because fixing a strap sometimes will result in crippling another one.

Most boards these days always have a week strap.
