obviously, not all rev1.1 are so bad
All I can say that I had some extensive testing done on both UD3P Rev1.0 and Rev1.1 in several different boards and they are all the same to me. Same voltages for same clocks and voltage stability also the same.

Coming up my new IBT&Prime95 stable Q9650@4680Mhz (520x9) rams at 1300Mhz PL8. I only needed 1.32vtt but MCH Core is needed a little bit more then usual from 1.45 to 1.60.

Vtt for 4752Mhz stable also doesn't need to go higher then 1.36vtt.
