i dont think so. some people here in italy have ud3r rev1.1 and they aren't able to go over 450fsb. ram only in 1:1. it hasn't same performance of rev1.0
obviously, not all rev1.1 are so bad

well i have 1.1 GA-EP45-UD3P and its easy to get 450fsb I can get 4GHZ stable on my X3350 but its when i get closer to 500 i need more CPU Termination & MCH Core then below 500

and on my E8500 i gotten 7.5X600
