Woo another update
So here's the front with the screen installed. It fits perfectly in front of the HDDs.
Here you can see the MCR220 I fit onto the back of the case. I had to cut out places for the fittings to go through the case as well as cut off the two grills built into the back to make it sit flush.
Here's a shot of the MCR220 from the inside to see the barbs fitting through. It's going to be tight but I think I can make it work.
And finally, here's a side shot of my case right now. See how none of the PSU cables actually are visible? I still need to work on the wire management a bit in places and sleeve what you can see but I think it's coming along great so far. Also I need to either buy or make extenders for the main 24pin ATX and 8pin mobo power cables because they don't reach that far =/

As you can see it was a tight fit in the bay area but it worked out fine. It'll be interesting when I get the other one up and running.

the definition of cluster-(but at least the side fits on fine and you can't see any of the wires through the holes)
So I don't have TO much left to do. I still need to cut the fan holes on the other side and then put mesh in both of them. Also I need to figure out how to put the front bay grills back on... but other than that I think I'm basically done with the hard stuff. Obviously I still need to actually make the other loops but that's another project. Oh and for the fans I just changed the wires to take 5V instead of 12V. They're SO much quieter and I'm still getting the same temps (although I'm running it at stock again).

Haha that would be way overkill. I think I'm going to use my other MCR320 for my GPU loop or put both rads in a single loop with both my CPU and GPU. It really depends if I'll be able to fit three of those pumps in the bottom of my case. I hope to do a triple loop

I'm just still surprised I got two MCR320's, 2 HDDs, a full DVD drive, and a screen in the drive bay. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to make it all fit. I more did it though because I've read several posts saying that you couldn't fit a triple radiator, HDDs and a optical drive in and I wanted to prove them wrong[and I needed something to do]
EDIT: Oh and I was thinking of getting some of the molding used to cut and mount your own window inside your case and using it to go around the holes I cut for the fans but instead of putting plastic in it I would just put in some modders mesh. EDIT2: Ok wow... so I overclocked my CPU back to what it was at (8x410 v.1.45) and I ran prime 95 just to see what the temps get to and the highest I saw them was 40C which is great considering that that is only 6C hotter then when I had twice the number of fans all running at 12V haha. I didn't realize how overkill an MCR320 was for just a CPU loop until now :P

Alright i got the other side cut out so I can put my side panel back on, no pic because it's the same as the other side minus the window and mesh haha. Tube management is a... My one loop already is on the verge of looking unorganized and I'm going to eventually have 3 loops... ugh...

Nope no rad up top. Antec makes a 200MM raid to fit that fan but it's aluminum... that's just a wireless card, I think it might be wireless N ready but my router upstairs is G so it doesn't really matter.

Thank you =) I'm going to do more as soon as I have the $. I would like to at least get my GPU loop going so I need the GPU blocks, pump, T line and fillport but if nothing else I need to get the fan holes trimmed up a bit and then the mesh put in. I've already accidentally stuck my finger in the fans when moving my case a few time haha. So yeah basically right now I'm waiting for more $ before I can go on but I'll keep you all up to date.
Oh and the rear rad is nice but right now the pentagonal part around the barbs is hitting this lip on the back of my case so I need to grind that down a bit before it can sit flush so a lot of the air that should be going through it isn't... Also I'm really thinking on replacing the stock fans in the back there with two of my scythe's at 5V just to make it more uniform. I can't wait to get my GPU to shut up with a block...

hey good work on all the rad mounting and cable managment. the only thing i can say is wow. and you have really helped me in deciding to get this case because now i can see all the possibilities. and just a suggestion if you get some 90 degree elbows with compressions http://www.koolance.com/water-coolin...product_id=679 and a straight line for the other side. that way the lines look cleaner. thanks for the read and ideas.
Awesome glad I could help =) Yeah I liked the look of the case and I read some people in here that said you couldn't fit a 320 raid, hard drives, and a optical drive all in the front and the more I thought about it the more I wanted to try and do it anyway. There really are a lot of possibilities with this case juts be prepared to do a LOT of case mods. I'm still not done really... I've got to grind the back down a bit to get the mcr220 to fit perfectly flush and I need to move the pump so I can fit another 2 more down there. I'd like to eventually get 3 reservoirs but that will be tight.
As far as the 90's, they reduce flow rate quite a bit don't they? I mean I only have my CPU on that loop with a MCR320 so I don't think it would be THAT big of a deal. It would help a hell of a lot with tube management though because that's the one thing that I'm really not happy with right now. And I need to do some better cable management and sleeving... I would cut the side off the PSU and feed it through the back of the case though like I did because it makes it SOOO much neater inside. I'm probably going to bust it open again and disconnect the cables from the PCB that I'm not using, re-route them through the psu, and try and put the fan back inside again... and take the stickers off and paint it matte black.
I also need to find a better way to run the cables from the HDDs and optical drive because they're getting in the way of the fill port which means more drilling... Well now I'm just rambling but now I have motivation to work on this project again so I'll keep you all updated.

Well I don't have any pics of it but I'm going to be pulling it out again tonight to sand and paint it. I can just tell you what I did.
I just cut the side of it off and pulled the cables through, running them over the components inside. I took the fan and moved it to the outside of the PSU and put the fan grill directly on that. I also cut a hole on the mobo tray so that the wires could go directly from the side of the PSU to the back of the mobo tray. If you want, I'll upload pics when I sand and paint tonight.

I did a test fan to see how well it would look. I like it so I'll be working on doing that to all the fans.
